10th October:

Year 2 visited Warwick Castle as part of their learning about 'Magnificent Monarchs'. They had a fantastic day getting to watch the Falconry Show, exploring The Great Hall and learning about what life was like during different periods of History.

 4th December:

This week as part of their DT topic Cut, Stitch, Join Year 2 learnt how to do a running stitch in preparation of making their very own Christmas stocking! It was tricky work to begin with however they displayed super resilience skills and were very proud of themselves by the end of the morning. Keep an eye out for more sewing related pictures over the coming weeks.
