Vision & Values

Our school vision and values were created in consultation with children, parents, staff and governors. We looked at what all stakeholders thought was important for us to develop in the children of Grange Farm.

We agreed that we want all children to:

Be a curious, motivated learner.

Be independent and embrace challenges.

Be respectful and responsible citizens of the world.

Be healthy and positive in mind and body.

BE GRANGE FARM.

We have three school values: Respect, Resilience and Responsibility. We believe that these values are important for all children to develop in order for them to become successful individuals both in Grange Farm and beyond. We model these values to the children and our behaviour curriculum supports the children to develop these values throughout their time at Grange Farm.
